PDF Landing Page
Sometimes when I write, I want the writing to look and feel a certain way, and a simple post on my wesbite just won't do the work justice. So I've created this page as a 'pdf' landing where all the work with special layouts or additions can be viewed here.
My dissertation written for the BA Creative Writing at Birkbeck. Uploaded as a pdf rather than plain text as it is in a diary format, and meant to be read as such. There are many additional elements in the text added for extra immersion. It's about 30 pages. Originally published May 2025.
The Untitled Persons
A piece written for the module titled 'Creative and Critical Seam', part of the BA Creative Writing at Birkbeck. The focus of the module was to focus on the line that borders on writing that is, and can be, both creative and critical in nature.
This piece makes use of a lot of visual storytelling, so I couldn't merely upload it as plain text. Originally published January 2025.
Fred's Dread
This piece was written for the module titled 'Narrative Methods' as part of the BA Creative Writing at Birkbeck. The module primarly focused on ways to tell a story without using plain text. To play on the page and to find you can convey stories in more ways than one. This story is told primarily through online chat messages. Originally published May 2024.
